Why Travelsetter

My very first blog post. Whew. Bear with me for any grammatical errors, if it’s too much information, or not enough. I’m very new to this but I promise to be as dedicated to writing as all of you are to reading these entries.

So why Travelsetter? Well let me start by saying I’ve been thinking about this company, this blog, this merch, since at least 2016. At that point, I’ve been traveling my whole life, but got way more serious about it around 2013. Majority of my friends and family knew me as  Courtnee “Stay Ready To Take A Flight” “Never Home” “Where You At Now?” friend/cousin/niece/daughter. A few even told me I should blog about where I’ve been and where I’m going. A lot have asked me over the years about travel tips, flight deals, room and board, etc.

So I decided why not create a central location for ALL this information. I’m literally telling my friends and family, even strangers, the same thing all the time in regards to travel. In comes, Travelsetter.

This site is for any and everyone. Anyone who may want to start traveling this globe, the U.S., or even their respective state or country. This site is for you. I really want everyone to know how accessible travel is and how you do NOT need loads of money to take your first trip. Especially if you know me personally, you know how FRUGAL I am in real life. Travel doesn’t have to be expensive.

Additionally, I thought why not start helping people plan their own trips? Sometimes, you want everything laid out for you. And that’s OK. I can help with that too. I’ve been planning trips for years now and I can do the same for you.

Finally, I’ve always wanted cool merch to rock while traveling this world. I love witty sayings and eye-catching shirts. Certain things I want on a shirt, I can’t find. So I decided why not provide shirts for myself and everyone else, instead?

Travelsetter is all the above and more. It’s anything and everything you need it to be in terms of travel. I really hope it grows and you grow with me. I don’t know what happens next, but I’m really excited about it!
